I'm looking at doing a small batch of mead this fall/winter and would like to know Kutzke's what your receipe was so I can make sure mine is different...

Actually I am going to do a mead and I already have a tennative receipe. I'm just trying to get mroe people to post on hear and I figured that pissing off a Kutzke would at least stir some interest!!

HA! fear not box, it was kit from midwest so whatever you do will be different and BETTER (gosh, i hope so anyways) when i was talking to al about our mead and about mead in general he referred to something called staggered yeast nutrient additions..... i found this, www.homebrewersassociation.org/attachments/0000/4795/Mead_Maker_of_the_Year_Panel.pdfwhatever you do end up doing good luck. p.s. i'll tell tony you're bad mouthing him to get him on here more!
